Understanding the performance of your current campaigns is essential for driving incremental improvement over time. Retention Science makes data analysis very simple for marketers, by providing a number of ways for a marketer to look at their data and understand trends and insights that will help drive future content iterations. As a marketer, there are always things that can be done in an effort to increase open, click, and conversion rates, but what is the best way to use data to inform these efforts? In the following sections, we will highlight the different data points available to you.
What data is available to me?
To see the details of a particular Blast email, go to the Blasts tab within AI Stats and click on a specific blast in the Daily Performance section. All of the data below is available for export directly from Cortex.
The Totals section summarizes high level campaign performance metrics.
This table can be configured to view as many as 14 data points, utilizing the following drop down selector:
The recipients table allows you to view the recipients for a given blast, as well as how they interacted with this email.
Name, Email, Sent Time, Open Time, Click Time, Conversion Time, and Items Converted are all available to view for each recipient.
This section displays the top 100 links clicked, with UTM parameters removed. The total number of clicks to each link as well as the % of total clicks is displayed.
This table contains the top 100 products that were clicked in this email if ReSci's product recommendations were used. The number of clicks per item are also displayed.
Subject line performance for the blast allows you to analyze how various subject lines are performing against each other across sends, delivers, revenue, conversions, and more.
Incentive performance for the blast allows you to analyze how various incentives are performing against each other across sends, delivers, revenue, conversions, and more.
Email Domain reporting allows you to access open, click, and delivery rates across domains.
