Why do my campaign stats not refresh in real-time?
ReSci predictive data models refresh multiple times in a day but requires additional time due to the nature of big data. You can expect to see your campaigns refresh every 6-8 hours. Conversion data is sent once a day so may be delayed by 24-48 hours.
Why do stats not match up with ESP or Google Analytics?
How are conversions measured in ReSci?
Your conversions are based on a click + 5 divide by click attribution model. An example is as follows:
100 emails sent, 20 email opened, 10 emails clicked, 5 purchase within a 5 day time period = 50% conversion rate.
The attribution action is click.
The attribution window is 5 days.
The denomination is clicks.
