We currently pass over the following product information:
1. Product Name - e.g. {{ rs_rn1 }}
2. Product URL (where the item lives on your site - e.g. {{ rs_rpu1 }}
3. Product Image URL (image of the product) - e.g. {{ rs_riu1 }}
Here is what an email looks like in an inbox using our product merge tags in our email template builder within Cortex:
Here are the steps to make that happen within Cortex:
1. Go to Cortex Admin
2. Select the stage you wish to add an email to.
3. Select New Email Template
4. Name this email template
5. Include multiple subject lines.
6. Select Continue.
7. Add the HTML for the email in the left pane. Below is an example of HTML for a Cart Abandon email. See the placement of the merge tags within the HTML and what they correspond to.
In this Cart Abandon example, the merge tags ending in "1" will be pulling the last item left in someone's cart.

Next up is how to add the merge tags for the product recommendations below the item left in the cart.
The first product recommendation will be those same merge tags, but end in "2". The second product recommendation will be those same merge tags, but end in "3" and so on.
