- Try sending a test email from your Preview function for that template. Did it work? If not, check your DNS settings.
- If the test email did work, note that Cortex attempts to send emails at a user’s optimal frequency. Your specific frequency can be a few days from now. Check your daily send volume in your Trend Details tab in your Insights - Artificial Intelligence Stats to see if there are any anomalies. If things look normal, you are most likely not supposed to get that email for a few days. Another note: Cortex will also send the single best converting message. If you received a different email within the current timeframe, that one likely trumped the one you were testing for.
