Starter Paths are a quick way to take advantage of our path building capabilities by utilizing pre-built journeys that simply require you to add in emails to activate - we've done the tough part for you by creating the entry points, segments, and timing steps!
Types of Starter Paths
This Starter Path takes advantage of the New To Your Brand stage as the entry point and takes the user down a separate journey depending on whether or not they make a purchase
This Starter Path takes advantage of the Follow Up stage with suggested touch points at various intervals
This Starter Path is intended for users with no purchases in the past 90 days with the intention of getting customers to re-engage with your brand after a period of inactivity.
How to use a Starter Path
- Click Cortex > Paths.
- Click New path.
- Give your path a name.
- Select a Starter Path from the drop-down menu.
- Click Create path.
Add email variants to the path as described in this article, making sure to set your email steps to "active" once completed. Publish your updates to the path and then set the entire path to "Active."
