Building your report
When you open the Report Builder you'll see the New Report menu which features options for the stats included in the report, report date range, rollup, and level of detail.
Start Date/End Date
Using simple calendar controls, select the start and end date for your report.
Rollup controls how your report is summarized across time. You can choose to view your stats by day or as an aggregate across the time window.
Level controls the level of detail across your report. You can choose to view your stats as a campaign total, split by Cortex stage, split by stage and template, or split by stage, template, and subject line
Stages (when in Template Level)
The Stages control allows the report to be limited to specific stages. This feature is only available when building reports at the template level.
Show subject lines (when in Template Level)
This toggle control breaks out your report at the subject line level, showing the full range of stats for each send.
This allows you to set the email address that will receive the report. Enter only one valid email address.
This allows you to customize the subject line of your delivery email for easier archiving and searching. The default subject line will include "Cortex Campaign Stats:" and the timestamp of the report request.
This allows you to include a custom message with the delivery of your report. You can use this opportunity to include notes about the reporting window or any other information you may wish to store with the report.
When your report arrives the default subject line will contain the type of report and a timestamp for the time the report was requested. The preview text and email body will contain the start and end dates, rollup, and level.
