When the customer starts to re-engage with the site, the customer will be eligible for acquisition-focused Lifecycle emails.
As your users continue to receive Cortex marketing, the system will react to their behavior to determine what their next message is. Customers who re-engage with your content will become eligible for Subscribe Abandon and Interested stage messages urging them to subscribe. Customers who are less engaged will receive a Needs Nurturing message to try to re-engage them with your business. If your site features one-time purchase options users can also become eligible for Cart Abandon and New Arrivals.
